Dear Officer Jack,

Relative to referenced, I submit that we should be in prayer for the Japanese people, especially for mercy and provisions in this difficult time following the tragic sequence of events of massive earthquakes, deadly tsunami resulting in the loss of thousands of lives, destruction of property and infrastructure, multiple nuclear reactor shutdowns and potential dangers of irradiation of millions of people, as well as the possible collapse of Japan's entire economy, which will have untold negative effects on the rest of the world, not the least of which is the United States.

I sensed absolutely no concern in your tone for the Japanese people, but a series of wreckless, derrogatory comments with an attitude of contempt regarding our own government agencies and NGO affiliates, e.g. HAARP being the culprit responsible for aforementioned events, and for the deadly earthquake in Haiti of 2010.  Although this is very troubling to me, certainly your sentiments are justified and respected.  I am also sufficiently enlightened as to corruption and salient reality of attempts by the fifth column in our government to destroy our nation's heritage and sovereign wealth bequeathed to us by Almighty God through the invaluable sacrifices of our nation's founding fathers.  There seem to be more people in our own government harboring hatred and ill will toward this nation than the rest of the world.  This breaks my heart more than I can express in words.  What is more troubling to me is that you and other avowed truth-seekers seem to be similarly aligned with those trying to tear this nation down, not building it up.  What does that make you?  Are you a true American, or a self-appointed zealot and a traitor?

It is very unusual for me to write on controversial topics as referenced in the subject of this message, however the statements you made regarding HAARP being the major cause of Japan's Fukushima-Daiichi Nuclear disaster, precipitated by the untimely 9.0 M earthquake at Tohoku, Japan (offshore) just took my breath away.  As a lifelong supporter of truth in media, a staunch opponent of agitprop and malicious disinformation,  I challenge such specious arguments.

The conspiracy theories you readily embrace and parrot regarding HAARP's alleged complicity in creating these earthquakes equates to blatant opportunism and a preposterous load of horse dung!  This demonstrates a self-fulfillment of prophecy, falling prey into the hands of controlled opposition, and profound ignorance to entertain such absurd, unsubstantiated notions.

For clarification, the following synopsis delineates and defines basic design criteria and primary mission of HAARP, High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program:

The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.  These instruments are used exclusively for scientific measurements and analyses, not adaptable for use as weapons!

Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993. The current working IRI was completed in 2007, and its prime contractor was BAE Advanced Technologies.

I want to make clear that in no way do I have ulterior motives or reason to expect you to accept my word as gospel, however as a serious student of electrical engineering, radio-electronics (the platform on which HAARP's IRI operates) and other areas of physical sciences, having carefully studied details and design of the IRI - Ionospheric Research Instrument (HAARP's primary asset) I submit to you there is absolutely NO POSSIBLE WAY this instrument, or similar ones have any effect whatsoever on earthquakes, e.g. Haiti or Tohoku, Japan (3/11/2011) in any way!  HAARP is not used as a tectonic weapon nor can it be so modified.  It is a research tool, not demonic!

Indeed, Earthquakes happen!  It should be noted, however, the Honshu region of Japan enjoys an abundant history of earthquakes ranging from 6.5 M to 8.3 M, most of which occurred before HAARP ever existed.

Please consider the enclosed as an ernest request to stop the incessant dissemination of lies and propanganda, not to be critical of your efforts, nor accusing you of malice for repeating them.  You, and countless others have bought into this load of garbage, but have no basis for such an analysis, much less ethics of rationality and the critical thought process. It is rumor and artful propaganda, at best. (See John 7:24; 1 Timothy 4:1-2 ; 6:3-5, 20; 2 Timothy 3:7; 4:3)
